Before You Write
Most order questions are answered fastest from your account dashboard. Log in to redownload your purchases, view order history, and manage any active subscriptions.
If your question is about a payment or charge you don't recognise, please email us before opening a dispute with your bank or card provider. We resolve almost every issue within one business day, and a direct refund is always faster than a chargeback.
How Your Order Is Delivered
Every Cooking Notes product is a digital download. The moment your payment confirms, an email is sent to the address you entered at checkout with your secure download links. Files also stay available inside your account library for life — you can redownload them on any device, any time.
If your confirmation email doesn't arrive within 10 minutes, check your spam or promotions folder. If it still isn't there, write to us and we'll resend it manually.
