A quick note before we begin: every Cooking Notes product is a digital download. There is no physical package, no postal carrier, and no shipping timeline to wait on. The moment your payment confirms, your order is delivered to your inbox and your account library.
How Delivery Works
Every Cooking Notes product is a high-resolution PDF or digital file bundle. As soon as your payment confirms, two things happen automatically:
- A delivery email is sent to the address you entered at checkout, containing secure download links for every file in your order.
- The same files appear in your account library under My Orders, where they stay available for life. You can redownload any file, on any device, any time.
Delivery Time
Instant. In most cases the delivery email arrives within 1–2 minutes of your purchase. During peak hours, allow up to 10 minutes.
If Your Email Hasn't Arrived
Work through these steps in order — most missing emails are found at step 1 or 2.
- Check your spam, promotions, or junk folder.
- Search your inbox for "Cooking Notes" or "orders@cookingnotes.store."
- Log in to your account and download directly from your library.
- Email us at support@cookingnotes.store from the address you used at checkout. We'll resend your files manually, usually within a few hours.
The Processing Fee Explained
You may see a small processing fee added at checkout. This fee covers payment processing, secure digital delivery, account hosting, customer support, and fraud prevention. It is not a postal shipping fee — there is no physical item being mailed and no carrier or postal service is involved.
